Shipping your package

The transport is carried out with a courier company, National or International, and is charged depending on the location in the courier’s coverage area, without additional kilometers. If the delivery destination is far, with additional kilometers, the transport price will be communicated, discussed after placing an order, directly with the customer.  

The order preparation time (Handling time) is 1-2 working days.

The delivery term, transit by courier, for orders is 24-72 hours for Romania and around 10 days for EU region, but there may be delays caused by the weather, the vacation period or during the holidays.

Returning your package

The products can be returned within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the goods from the courier. 

We ask customers to be notified/contacted, according to the laws in force, on a durable medium, ie post or email, as well as by filling out the Return Form on the website, within 14 days of receiving the order before making a return .

It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the product in the same condition in which it was received, without the product having visible signs of wear. In addition, a copy of the invoice must be included in the package together with the fully completed return form. Failure to comply with these conditions leads to the rejection of the return request by SC Quicksmart SRL
