If You Can’t Add the Device, Please Check the Following:
Ensure the Qsmart smart device is powered on.
Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network.
Check your router or connections: if your router is dual-band, select the 2.4G Wi-Fi network to connect your phone and the smart power device.
Attention!
If your router automatically switches from 2.4GHz to 5GHz, for the first connection, move as far away from the router as possible so it broadcasts the 2.4GHz signal, and then pair the device.
Once you enter the Wi-Fi password, the system may take a few seconds to connect. If you can’t add the device using the quick setup, use the “How to Add a Device in AP Mode”.
